Like most of you Mommies, after giving birth to 2 babies, my buttocks have become saggy, not only just my butts, but my abs too (oh well, that’s another story)
So yeah, errrrthang went south, and I didn’t do anything about it, cos I was just too lazy to exercise 😩
Then 3 years ago I started exercising, by doing yoga, kick boxing and lots of running, and I didn’t eat clean then, but restricting my calories intake only up to 1100 cals per day, so what happened was, I became Skinny Fat, nothing’s firmed up.
I did my own research and finally decided to give weight lifting a go, with proper nutrition and exercise regime, I got more toned, less jiggly and best of all, all cellulite is GONE!!! 😲
There’s no secret formula, I work my ass off 5 times a week (lifting really heavy stuff), HIIT ( 3 x per week max), stretching through yoga almost every day.
Now ladies, if you want those booties firmed up there’s no other way but Squats; I used weights with all of my squats, I was just giving you a motivation in this post to show you what a Squat is like
